Raising Money for Welch PTA
Raising money is an important function of the PTA. There are many items that the school system does not provide to schools and this is where PTA picks up the slack. In addition to donations to the school, money raised is also used to support PTA events like Math & Science Night, Movie Nights, Muffins with Mom and Donuts with Dad, Fall Festival, Teacher Appreciation Week and many other events that enrich the learning experiences and lives of our students and their families.
Box Tops for Welch - $1,236.90 as of 02/15/2010!
Welch Elementary will be running it's own Box Tops Contest until May 1, 2010. There will be classroom as well as individual goals, and prizes awarded for each group.
